Description
Context
Following the approval of BCIP-19 (https://www.cosmoscan.io/proposal/19), this proposal confirms the upgrade height deadline for v3.1.3-rc1 on testnet.
The upgrade will follow a soft upgrade approach:
- The chain continues using the current logic until the specified block height
- New logic is activated automatically after that height
Validators are required to upgrade their node to v3.1.3-rc1 before the deadline below.
Upgrade Schedule
- Upgrade deadline: Height 40571000 (estimated time: 16 Apr 2026 07:00 UTC Time)
- Network: Testnet
All validators should complete the upgrade before this height to ensure a smooth transition.
