Description

This proposal adds the MsgWithdrawDelegatorReward and the IBC MsgTransfer messages to the list of EIP712 allowed messages. By voting yes, you agree to the additions to the eip712 allowed messages. By voting no, you disagree with the additions to the eip712 allowed messages.
