Commission

?

The share of rewards a validator keeps before paying its delegators. The validator sets it on-chain; it can raise it only a little each day, and never above the max rate it fixed when it started.

5%

At most 100%; can rise by up to 10 percentage points a day

Self-bond

?

What a validator's operator has staked on it from its own account. It is often small: most stake usually comes from delegators.

1 BAND

Voting power

?

A validator's total stake, its own plus delegated, in whole tokens. It sets how often the validator proposes blocks and how much its vote weighs, in consensus and in governance.

Missed blocks

?

The share of the last 86,400 blocks (about 28 hours) this validator signed. One that signs less than 5% of them is jailed.

Oracle

?

Band validators also report outside data, such as prices, to the chain. While its oracle is active a validator shares in the 70% of block rewards set aside for that work; one that misses its oracle duties is deactivated and loses that share until its operator reactivates it, at the earliest 10 minutes later.

How many of the latest proposals it could vote on (while in the active set) this validator voted on; any option counts, abstain included. Delegators who don't vote themselves are counted with their validator's vote, so one that skips votes leaves them out.
