# Celestia proposal #3: Modify ICA host allow messages

The default value for ICA enabled chains is to allow all messages. Per CIP14, the messages that are allowed should be specified and all other messages should be rejected. This proposal does exactly that by updating the icahost's AllowMessages parameter from ('*') to:
